REGISTRATION INFORMATION
A $45.00 fee for each activity must accompany the registration form.
Registration must be postmarked by March 15, 2008. Late registration results in the child being placed on a waiting list with no guarantee of placement on a roster.
Late fees of $10.00 per child per activity must accompany any registration not postmarked by March 15, 2008. Otherwise, the form will be returned and your child will not be placed on the waiting list until the proper fee is received.
Refunds are only offered until March 15, 2008.

IN-PERSON REGISTRATION
In-person registration helps us answer your questions and make sure you register your child correctly. We invite you to register in person at these rec centers:

BUDDY REQUESTS
A child may request to play on the same team as one friend or sibling. The child's name must be properly requested on the friend's/sibling's registration form also. Multiple or sequential requests (child A with child B, child B with child C, etc.) are never granted.
Two adults may request to coach together. Their children will automatically be paired and no other buddy request will be considered.
HGRA’s buddy policy is not about friends playing together - it is intended merely to allow every child to have at least one familiar face on the team. It also streamlines team formation and avoids “stacked” teams at the older levels. Buddy requests that do not follow this policy will not be granted and will result in your child not having a buddy on the team.
Please don’t call to explain why we should waive this rule for your child. With more than 2,000 kids to register and place in a short time, we just don’t have the time. Rest assured that the majority of our players don’t sign up with buddies and they still all have a great time.
